I have long been interested in and passionate about health and wellness.  I taught aerobics and weight lifting as a young adult.  After I got married and had children my focus turned more towards nutrition. Before this I had followed all the fad diets, going back and forth between starving myself or just not caring.   I read “Nourishing Traditions” by Sally Fallon and “The Makers Diet” by Jordan Rubin and began to change our family’s way of eating based on what I learned.  I saw big changes in my family’s health and was excited to keep expanding on what I was learning because the benefits were so huge!!  

But then I experienced some challenges...

As with most health coaches, I also started in this field because of my own health challenges.  I was diagnosed with Hashimotos when I was 18 and had many years of secondary fertility because of my thyroid issues.   I also suffered with gut health issues and Menieres Disease.


That’s when I decided we had to implement new changes. 

I am happy to say that through gut healing, diet changes, lifestyle changes, Chiropractic care and the use of specific supplements including homeopathics, herbs, vitamins and minerals for detox... 

Which led me to some pretty incredible results….
